HIV IS NOW COMPULSORY IN ZAMBIA PRESIDENT LUNGU

90 – 90- 90 AN AMBITIOUS TREATMENT TARGET TO HELP END AIDS EPIDEMIC.
Test and treat means that any person who tests HIV-positive is supposed to be enrolled on ART immediately without any other considerations and this is in line with World Health Organisations
That entails 90% of all people living with HIV will know their HIV status 90% diagnosed – 90% will be on treatment and 90% trail suppressed.
World Health Organisation’s global target of eliminating HIV/AIDS.

HIV Testing, Counseling and Treatment is now COMPULSORY in Zambia; that is official policy and there no debate about it–President Lungu announces at inaugural HIV Testing Counseling & Treatment Day commemoration under the theme “Test and Treat: Towards Ending AIDS”

President Edgar Chagwa Lungu acted within the framework enshrined in the WHO mandate.

Why should we stand blame President Lungu?
